Brain XP's System of H.O.P.E. Private Family Training TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Lived-Experience Training Service Agreement is made and entered into by and between (Client) and Brain XPTM.

1. Description of Training/Audience/Capacity: Brain XPTM’s System of H.O.P.E.

Brain XPTM's System of H.O.P.E. (“Training") takes youth/families/care-takers on a journey through mental health challenges from the eyes of a young person who has experienced it and has overcome the stigmas existing on school campuses from both administration and fellow students. Christine XP teaches Brain XPTM’s System of H.O.P.E. throughout this journey, which results in a new & unique method of confronting and overcoming the daily trials of being a young person in today's world. It creates an optimistic avenue that can help calm minds and lead to a better understanding of the available tools that may provide for better success in managing mental health challenges.

Christine XP gives insight on her own family’s journey as she emphasizes the fact that the entire family is impacted when a family member is struggling with a mental health challenge.

*Christine XP encourages all family members in your household to attend this training to get the full experience. If you have other family members who are not in the household but would like to participate in this training, they can attend as well. It is completely up to YOU! However, 12 is the maximum number of participants for this family training.

2. Schedule/Equipment Requirements/Time Frame/Cancellations

This private training takes place virtually through a video Zoom meeting. Client & family members/care-takers must have access to the internet and devices capable of linking to the Zoom format. This private training is 1 hour: 30 minutes for Christine XP to go through the Brain XPTM’s System of H.O.P.E. Training Information and Materials plus 30 minutes for Questions & Answers. The date and time of Training will be verified via email. Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to scheduled training date and time. Cancellations received prior to 48 hours will receive a full refund.

3. Fee
Private Training fee is $149 and will be supplied to a maximum of 12 attendees.

4. Copyrights

Brain XPTM's System of H.O.P.E. "Lived Experience" Training and associated written materials ("Materials") are solely owned & copyrighted by Brain XPTM. Attendees may use the Materials only for their own personal use. The Training or Materials may not be reproduced or distributed for any purpose.

5. Warrantees

Brain XPTM makes no warranties, expressed or implied, as to any matter whatsoever, including without limitation, the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any goods or services provided.

The materials in the Brain XPTM's System of H.O.P.E. are not an attempt to practice medicine or give medical advice.
