This program is based on lived experience. It is not therapy, medical care, or clinical treatment, and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice. Always seek a licensed professional for mental health care.

2. Personal Responsibility
You understand that you are fully responsible for your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. You choose to participate voluntarily and accept all risks.

3. No Guaranteed Results
Results are not guaranteed. Outcomes vary from person to person.

4. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that mental health content may be emotionally triggering and you accept all risks associated with participation.

5. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Brain XP, its owner(s), and affiliates from any liability for any claims, damages, or losses related to your participation.

6. No Professional Relationship
Your participation does not create a therapist-client, medical, or clinical relationship of any kind.

7. Payments & Refunds
All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Payment plans must be completed in full.

8. Intellectual Property
All content is owned by Brain XP and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed.
